In recent years, I have been competing internationally in the equestrian sport of tent pegging, at fixtures ranging from the state of Kentucky to the Sultanate of Oman. As a life-long supporter of the United Nations Children's Fund, I am profoundly honoured that I ride into the field of honour carrying both the maple leaf and the UNICEF banner, representing at once my country and the cause of the world's most vulnerable children.
